PLEASE NOTE: Client(s) are encouraged to add on & provide additional props, cake, wardrobes, and decor necessary for their session in order to meet there particular theme or vibe they are trying to achieve.
AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE, GROUND UP PHOTOGRAPHY WILL
CONTACT YOU IN THE ORDER RECEIVED & WITHIN BUSINESS OPERATING HOURS TO FURTHER SCHEDULE YOUR PHOTO-SESSION AND GO OVER ALL DETAILS AND ANY QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE.
Photoshoot(s) are scheduled: Locally on Weekdays/Weekends. Dates, times and locations vary upon availability. Ground Up Photography photographs locally in Whittier, California.
For sessions that will require traveling: Call to get a quote & schedule by phone. A traveling + time/mileage (distance) fee
will be discussed, and due on your session.
-In addition: Clients are responsible for all cost/fees associated for locations that may require entrance/parking or any
permits/insurance that must be valid for their session.
The terms “up to” refers to the amount of time and images associated with your photo-session; As each session varies taking into account and consideration everything associated with each unique session such as full cooperation, time, wardrobes changes, adding in props, location (traveling), and the wide variety of poses, etc. As so many factors and specific details go into each session we advise being prepared and ready to shoot.
If we achieve your images sooner and in less time; Your session is complete. We will offer you the opportunity to purchase Additional images within the remaining time-frame.
After your Photo-Session, The very best image(s) associated with your purchase will be selected by Ground Up Photography.
Your Turn-Around Times Starts promptly; The following business day after your session has taken place. It is calculated & estimated around in “business days" Monday - Friday not including holidays.
Images will be edited to Ground Up
Photography’s style and discretion.
All Editing is final: If you would prefer your images to be Natural (unedited) you must let Ground Up Photography know before your session.

IN ADDITIONAL TURN AROUND TIME.
All images are (high-resolution) - Digital images. Each session contains no prints.
Once your order is complete you will have "the option" to easily purchase custom prints from Ground Up Photography right within in your completed custom online gallery, as well as download, share and print-out yourself with your print release.
Due to COVID-19, We have a strict no-sick policy.
Rescheduling your confirmed session date (or) time must be done 48 hours in advance and will result in a $30 nonrefundable fee. Ground Up Photography will only permit one reschedule before your session is marked canceled (non-valid) and unredeemable.
All purchased photo-shoot sessions including gift certificates etc. must be used within 120 days after purchase or will no longer be valid. There will be no exceptions. Due to the custom nature of photographic products/services and merchandise; no refunds or exceptions will be made.
