■ GENERAL SESSION INFO

Photoshoots are scheduled locally on weekdays and weekends. Dates, times, and locations vary depending on availability. Ground Up Photography operates locally in Whittier, California.

For sessions requiring travel: Call to get a quote and schedule by phone. A travel + time/mileage fee will be discussed and due on the day of your session. Clients are responsible for all costs/fees related to session locations, such as entrance fees, parking, permits, or insurance if required.

■ PROPS, WARDROBE, & SESSION PREP

This session does include props; Clients are always welcome—and encouraged—to bring their own extra props and wardrobe changes, especially if you're aiming for a specific look or theme.

The term “up to” refers to the maximum number of images and duration of time included in each session. Results may vary depending on cooperation, outfit changes, use of props, travel time, location, and the variety of poses during your session. Please arrive early and be ready to shoot to make the most of your session.

When selecting your photo-session package; please book the right selection and add ons for your session that will ensure enough time for exactly what you're trying to capture.

■ ADDITIONAL TIME OR IMAGES

If additional time is needed, it can be added at booking or on the day of your session (if available). If your session is completed early, your session is complete. You will have the option to purchase additional images within your session’s timeframe.
- PLEASE NOTE: Adding additional digital images may extend the turnaround time.

■ IMAGE DELIVERY & EDITING

All images are delivered through a private online gallery (since everything is digital). This gallery will include your purchased digital images associated with your session.

After your session, the best images from your photo-session will be selected by Ground Up Photography and edited according to our style and discretion. All editing is final. If you prefer natural (unedited) images, please notify Ground Up Photography before your session.

Turnaround time begins the next business day after your session and is calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). All delivered images are high-resolution digital files. No physical prints are included. Once your order is complete, you’ll have the option to purchase custom prints through your online gallery, or you may print on your own using your provided print release.

■ CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & EXPIRATION

Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance and will result in a $30 non-refundable fee. Only one reschedule is permitted. After that, the session will be considered canceled and non-redeemable.

All purchased sessions (including gift certificates) must be used within 120 days of purchase or will no longer be valid, No exceptions.

Due to the custom nature of photographic products and services, no refunds or exceptions will be made.
